Destinations and shipping cost
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other countries. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Preparation and transit time
Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. After preparation, estimated transit time is 3–10 calendar days. The transit estimate is additional to preparation time, not the total time from placing your order. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or seasonal demand. We do not guarantee arrival by Halloween or another specific date unless we expressly confirm it.
Fulfillment and tracking
Our fulfillment partners ship orders. The supplier lists shipping origins in the United States and Canada; the dispatch location may vary. When tracking is available, it can be accessed through your shipping confirmation or order status page.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within the stated preparation time, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund it.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a shipment is delayed, lost or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. We will explain and obtain your agreement to any applicable reshipping costs caused by an address error before charging them.
Damaged or incorrect items
See our Return and Refund Policy. Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in original packaging, with prior authorization. Approved voluntary returns carry a 40% repacking and restocking fee where permitted by law, plus customer-paid return shipping. Defective or incorrect orders are handled separately without this fee.
