Shopping with us
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and review your order before submitting it. You may correct information before payment and contact us immediately afterward if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment starts.
Products and pricing
The product page describes the items included in your purchase. Styling props shown in photographs are not included unless expressly listed. Screen settings may affect displayed colors; this does not limit remedies for an inaccurate description or defective goods.
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The checkout displays the merchandise total, applicable discounts and any taxes or delivery charges collected before you submit payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We will not charge a higher price to correct an error without your agreement.
Orders and payment
We send an order confirmation containing your purchase details. Keep this email for your records. If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, or we identify an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, we will contact you as appropriate. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund any amount paid. These terms do not authorize us to retain payment for goods we do not supply.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other countries. Preparation takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–10 calendar days in transit. Delivery dates are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for fulfillment, tracking and delay remedies.
Returns and cancellations
Read our Return and Refund Policy before ordering. Voluntary return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery and satisfy its conditions. Approved non-defective change-of-mind returns carry a 40% repacking and restocking fee where lawful, plus customer-paid return shipping. These fees do not apply to protected claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders. No physical return is required for confirmed items delivered damaged or defective.
We do not accept voluntary cancellations before shipping. Cancellation and refund rights required by law, including applicable shipping-delay rights, remain available.
Website use and content
Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or use another person's payment information without authorization. Website content and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to this website does not grant permission to reproduce protected material beyond uses permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit, contact us or place an order.
Your legal rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, lawful payment disputes, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law takes precedence over conflicting wording. These terms do not require arbitration, waive court access, or restrict rights to contact a regulator. For a complaint, email us with your order details and the resolution you are seeking.
Changes to these terms
The terms displayed when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later changes do not remove rights attached to earlier orders. You may request a copy of the applicable terms by email.
